Because this Enhanced Formula contains 50 mg of Niacin per capsule, you are very likely to experience a temporary "niacin flush". This is a harmless and normal physiological reaction characterized by warmth, redness, itching, or tingling across the face, neck, and upper body.
This reaction usually occurs within 15–30 minutes of taking the capsule and subsides within an hour. The flush indicates vasodilation (increased blood flow and improved micro-circulation), which helps transport the active compounds deeper into the nervous system.
If taking 2 capsules at once (100 mg Niacin), the flush will be significantly more intense.
